Returns Policy

If you have any questions about our products, please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving. We stand behind our product quality 100% and believe that all customers will be satisfied with their order.

We are currently not accepting any returns unless a production error has been made on our end. In this case, we have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A refund will be issued after we have received your return in the same condition as it was shipped. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned in the case of a return. You’ll also need the receipt/order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Processing shipment takes 5-7 business days (Not including weekends/holidays) BEFORE your order is shipped ! Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Be aware our custom wig orders may take longer since they are made when ordered !!! ( 7-10 business days)

Sale items are shipped within 7-10 business days.

We offer Priority 2-4 business day shipping your order will be shipped AFTER processing!

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered. Please contact USPS with any questions about your shipment unless a package is redirected back to us. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation.
