What is a glueless wig?

A glueless wig is a wig designed to be worn without glue or adhesive. It stays secure using adjustable straps, combs, elastic bands, or a custom fit cap making it safer, quicker, and more comfortable to wear.

 

What does “ready-to-wear” mean?

Ready-to-wear means the wig comes pre-customized and styled by us, so you can wear it straight out of the box. No bleaching, plucking, cutting, or professional installation is required.

 

Are your wigs beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our glueless wigs are perfect for beginners and busy individuals. They are easy to install, remove, and maintain, no salon visit needed.

 

What is your shipping timeframe?

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Be aware our custom wig orders may take longer since they are made when ordered !!! ( 7-10 business days) Ready to ship (1-2 business days)

Sale items are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you have any questions about our products, please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving. We stand behind our product quality 100% and believe that all customers will be satisfied with their order.

We are currently not accepting any returns unless a production error has been made on our end. In this case, we have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A refund will be issued after we have received your return in the same condition as it was shipped. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned in the case of a return. You’ll also need the receipt/order confirmation or proof of purchase.
